Refund policy
If an item(s) arrives damaged, please submit a claim with USPS or carrier used for the damaged item. For buyer's remorse, refunds will be issued within 30 days of purchase on regular priced items only. To initiate a return, please email info@whytequartz.com or call us at 323-544-5750, 7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. PST. DO NOT return an item without emailing 1st. If an item comes back without an email authorizing the return, no refund will be given.
