WHAT DOES "CLEANSE" OR "RECHARGE " YOUR CRYSTALS MEAN?

Cleansing a crystal does not mean you have to scrub it down with a wet rag! It is a process that will cleanse/recharge/reenergize your crystals before use and at least once a month thereafter to keep the good energy flowing! You can place them in direct sunlight or moonlight (over night) to "cleanse" the energy that has been absorbed into it. This way, you will always yield their power, energy and healing effects to the fullest. Selenite is also a great crystal to use to cleanse-place any crystal on top of a selenite stick or selenite charging plate/slab and it will cleanse and recharge your crystal without placing it in the sun or in moonlight.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. Once it ships, we cannot cancel it. 

CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM I RECEIVED?

We will exchange an item only if it is damaged, the wrong color or not the style you ordered within 15 days of receiving. After 15 days, there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

SHIPPING

We offer great rates for shipping domestic or internationally via USPS, UPS or DHL. Please choose the best most economical shipping choice for your ship to address. Exact shipping times may vary. Items will be processed immediately, but may take up to 3 weeks before they are delivered to you. You will receive an email from info@whytequartz.com with exact shipping times once your order is placed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with how long your item will take, please let email us at info@whytequartz.com.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if your item is damaged, the wrong color or not the style you ordered within 15 days of receiving. After 15 days, there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

 CAN I USE A CRYSTAL INSTEAD OF PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS?

Crystal energy only works for you if you believe in their power.
